General Purpose Refrigeration With NIST Calibrated Thermometers

Accucold’s PLUS2 Series is designed for applications that require more temperature assurance than casual household refrigeration without the more advanced features often included on medical and pharmacy grade equipment. Ideal for doctors’ offices, medical clinics, nursing stations, and other facilities where a regular dorm refrigerator won’t suffice, but where vaccines or other highly sensitive materials will not be stored. Our PLUS2 models include compact, counter height, built-in, ADA compliant, and mid-sized all-refrigerators, all-freezers, and refrigerator-freezers. Commercially approved PLUS2 models are also available.

Standard PLUS2 Series features include:

NIST calibrated thermometer that displays the current and high/low temperature to the nearest tenth of a degree in Celsius or Fahrenheit
Fixed shelf to hold the buffered temperature probe for more accuracy in temperature reporting
Digital thermostats for more precise temperature management (all-refrigerators only)
Factory installed keyed lock
Interior fan to help stabilize interior temperature from top to bottom (refrigeration compartments only)
Flat interior door liner without shelves for improved temperature performance (most units)
Wire shelves for improved air circulation throughout the interior (most units)
Foamed-in-place cabinet for efficient insulation
