Cabinet is inspected to ensure it is sitting level on the surface
Control panel is checked to ensure the display and buttons are working properly
Professional will record all inspection results, maintenance actions, and temperature readings
Testing of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) or backup generator (if connected), as well as a checkup of the surge protector/voltage stabilizer if needed
DESCRIPTION
Accucold products are manufactured to meet the highest standards in cold storage reliability. To ensure this level of performance, regular maintenance is encouraged. Through our experienced service professionals, we offer a preventive maintenance program throughout the USA and Canada. This includes one site visit for a full unit inspection and cleaning of the unit, covering the the evaporator, condenser, fans, and compressor. The door and gasket are thoroughly cleaned and checked for warping or wear. The interior, including shelving, is also cleaned with a mild detergent. Performance testing is conducted to verify temperature stability. Alarms (including temperature and open door alerts) are also verified if applicable. Additional checks are conducted on the lock, lighting, controller, and access port. Detailed service documentation and recommendations will be issued, as well as inspection to ensure proper installation practices. PM1 is available on Accucold refrigerators, freezers, BOD incubators, and controlled room temperature cabinets. If your equipment includes a calibrated data logger, add PM2.
