Full inspection, cleaning, and repair (if needed) of reservoir, inlet/outlet, drain supply, O-rings, and all other relevant icemaking parts
Unit is testing to ensure proper ice production
Interior walls and bucket are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with a mild detergent solution
Coils will be cleaned to ensure adequate airflow and clearance for optimum cooling and efficiency
Door and gasket are checked to ensure no warping or cracks and that the seal is performing correctly
Service team will confirm normal cycling
Cabinet is inspected to ensure it is sitting level on the surface
Control panel is checked to ensure the display and buttons are working properly
Professional will record all inspection results, maintenance actions, and temperature readings
Testing of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) or backup generator (if connected), as well as a checkup of the surge protector/voltage stabilizer if needed

DESCRIPTION
Summit Commercial and Accucold ice machines are manufactured to meet the highest standards for reliable ice production. To ensure this level of performance, regular maintenance is encouraged. Through our experienced service professionals, we offer a preventive maintenance program throughout the USA and Canada. PM4 includes two site visits for a full unit inspection and cleaning of the unit, covering the the evaporator, condenser, fans, and compressor. The door and gasket are thoroughly cleaned and checked for warping or wear. The interior is also cleaned and sanitized with a mild detergent. Performance testing is conducted to verify proper ice production. Detailed service documentation and recommendations will be issued, as well as inspection to ensure proper installation practices. PM4 is available on select ice machines and ice/water dispensers from our Summit Commercial and Accucold brands. For residential icemakers, see option PM3.
